Our Lisburn name wedding BBQ menu from the Hog Roast BBQ company is ideal for small groups, wedding blessings celebrations etc up to 100 wedding guests.
For people looking for some relaxed casual foods as your wedding guests mingle and chat to each other.
Our Lisburn wedding menu offer a choice of slow cooked spit roasted BBQ meats, served with a selection of freshly made salads and served with some great BBQ sauces.
With this menu you can also add a choice of desserts for your guests. Our we can cut and serve your wedding cake (supplied by yourself).
Also provided with your menu are compostable plates, napkins and cutlery. All BBQ foods are served buffet style.

Services included
A Spitting Pig chef, catering assistant and waiting staff to arrive on site approximately eight hours before your chosen serve time.
All dishes to be prepared fresh at your venue while your chosen meat is slowly roasting. (A
pig will take between four and six hours to cook)
The main course will be served as a buffet; the chef will carve your meat while the waiting
staff serve the various other dishes.
For dessert, your wedding cake will be sliced, dressed and served on a buffet table.
